@kızgın tosbağa Yes, they seem to have not crossed, but simply do not want a conflict that will lead to the loss of sovereignty (which the first commentator wants).
Russia does not need a conflict in which it will have to seize countries that it does not need. These countries do not want conflict and do not provoke it (so that they would not have to be senselessly captured).
I’m just thinking and I can’t imagine why Russia might need Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Estonia, Latvia ...
In general, all countries have no value for their capture, EXCEPT to expel NATO and the threat.
As soon as a country tries to involve NATO, it immediately provokes Russia into active actions for protection. If a country does not introduce NATO troops into its territory, then Russia does not see any interest in this land (except that it simply trades and that's it - everyone is happy).
But no, NATO, Turkey, Arabs need to constantly stir up conflicts in these countries, which have subsided for decades (Karabakh, South Ossetia, Chechnya). Naturally, Russia is afraid of all this at its borders.
