  3. I think you're right, however I reckon it will happen slowly, over the next two or three years. I don't think it will be an overnight collapse like we saw with the Soviet Union. Although, I have been wrong before, so, who knows? 🙂

  4. They were not actually paid in salt, it was an extra ration issued to them so they stayed fighting fit. They still got wages.

  6.  @Flyrodder68  Yes, I think the Brics is collapsing too. Maybe South Africa and Russia will stay with China's brics experiment, but India and Brazil will probably pull out.

  7. I think it means the guys at the bottom of the business, the lowly paid new employees, as opposed to middle management or top floor employees like CEOs. But that is just my guess.
