  2. No country is perfect, each has it's own problems, but overall the USA is a pretty damn good place to live mate. The more grateful you are, the more reasons you'll find to be grateful.

  3.  @Simbecile  Hi mate, no I'm actually not joking. It's easy to see bad stuff everywhere, but that just leads to depression and feeling of victimhood. America is a way better place to live than many other countries, sure it's got it's problems, every country does, but overall I believe you're lucky to be where you are. My only advice to offer is to try and practice gratitude for what you already have in your life, sort out your own home/lifestyle, take care of your immediate surroundings, be a good neighbour. Mostly though stop dwelling upon the bad stuff, stop complaining and blaming everyone else for the bad situation you may find yourself in ... try to take some responsibility for your own life. Be cool mate, be kind to yourself <3

  6. Human beings only do five things, we eat, we drink, we poop, we sleep, and we procreate. If you have these five things covered (food, water, shelter, a few friends and maybe someone to love) you already have everything you need in life.

  7. Another good tip is; if you wish to be happy, don't watch television (especially the news), I got rid of my tv and radio years ago and it was one of the best things I ever did (although the first fortnight, with no tv, was a bit difficult).

  8. That is nonsense. I agree that the west sure does have it's problems, but it's nowhere near as bad as the current situation in China. The west is doing ok :)

  10. You're absolutely correct, having a goal is a good thing, it gives you direction and a reason to get out of bed in the mornings. I managed to achieve my life's goal at age 30 (after ten years hard work), but 12 months later, I realised that it wasn't what i wanted after-all hahahahaha. So, I had to get off my arse and try something else, but that's how life goes sometimes :)

  11. The Chinese people are in desperate need of a regime change, and perhaps Taiwan or Japan can then guide them towards a better way of governance.
