An adult rhino is way out of any predator's league
3
@Beezy_420 5 caiman species that are preyed upon by Jaguars are only half the size of Alligators. Actually jaguars have met crocodiles. Orinoco crocodiles are similar in size as Nile crocodiles, jaguars fear Orinoco crocs as well as black caimans. Jaguars of central America also fear American crocodiles, American alligators and Morelet's crocodiles.
3
Felt bad for the kid, parents shouldn't bring soft hearted children to safari. Nature is brutal.
3
Bcz we human r the deadliest predator and we sympathize with other predators more naturally
3
Warthogs are more way powerful than bushpigs despite being smaller
3
@DIAMONDDOGSZero lions can do it easily, but they don't prefer going all out at smaller predators that can scratch it. Leopard vs cougar would be a close fight.
3
@chrisfearn3375 not even single adult elephant. 20 or 50 doesn't matter. Elephant can stomp them all to death.
3
Haha you gotta love the Internet sometimes.
3
Killing a wildebeest or a bigger antelope requires speed, technique and predatory skills, fighting another predator for defense is entirely a different thing and cheetahs are not built for that.
3
@logan5804 sometimes lion gets bored or agitated by much smaller animals and don't kill them
3
@burhana5308 I saw it, but still the anaconda is 12-13 feet or so. Anacondas have very slow growth rate, I can't imagine how even the largest of the jaguars would stand a chance against a 27 feet long anaconda in water. Jaguars are smart, they do kill anacondas but don't go into deep water where giant anacondas, black caimans and Orinoco crocodiles exist.
3
Pride not pack
3
@dennisduran9715 it was not smaller
3
@ChechenKillerOki nah, jaguar 750 psi, but they have a higher BFQ
3
@Apple-ei1ms jaguar bite force is no more than 750 psi. Their jaw is half the size of lions. It's common sense who's bite it overall bigger. However, jaguars have higher BFQ, which means if jaguar and lion was same size then jaguar would've had a bigger bite force.
3
@chompnic1 it wasn't healthy, it was an old female, couldn't run or stomp.
3
@donderstorm1845 it is a cub tho. And I am a bigcat fanboy
3
Lions, yeah, but not hyenas
3
It's very easy, all cats have different smell, even a jaguar and a leopard would never confuse each other to be same kind.
3
Lechwe's are bigger, it's a kob
2
@Mr.goooooooogle no lion can take a full grown healthy adult buffalo single handedly.
2
Underrated comment.
2
This croc is small for nile crocodile standards. Merely 10 feet. It was young an inexperienced croc. Didn't weight half as much as the buffalo. A 15 footer would've weighed 3 times more and the buffalo would die for sure.
2
@hyenaloaf1858 I never said it is the rule or anything. Of course normally cheetahs hunt small antelopes, they're specialized for that job, but my point is that they can take large prey too, so it proves that cheetahs are great capable hunters for their size and built. A coalition of male cheetahs might sound tough but still they're vulnerable individuals with potentially weakest possible team effort in the African Savannah, so it is not easy or any less impressive for them take down a large prey than a lone individual. The complete opposite also happens like large or medium sized prey fighting off cheetahs more often, so there's that too. That's the reason why a successful large kill makes it more impressive.
2
@vik56in nah u didn't, because it's the exact same video, every second of it.
2
Imagine if it was a tiger roar!
2
Thank God Chief Bongo survived.
2
NatGeo aint WWE bro
2
livey oone leopard is not their meal, they are competition. Know the difference
2
Good point
2
Not sprinting, more like a marathon
2
It's actually the other way round
2
Impala are not deer
2
That was so sad, the Buffalo was a sub adult and had no idea what to do, it should've ran as fast as it could. That young elephant was on heat, it went directly on an all out attack.
2
@steven19767 it depends on the dose and species receiving it
2
@attackfighter it's a nyala, not waterbuck
2
It is an adult male, inexperienced maybe but definitely fully grown, so stop making excuses
2
vegitto blue I'm not talking about hyenas. Wild dogs are half the size of a hyena and 1 of them has no chance against a wildebeest. The video you showed was of a pregnant female, the hyena realized it's weakness and took advantage of it. A wildebeest can easily stomp a wild dog to death. If you think their back legs are weak then try going close to one
2
vegitto blue dumbo? Lol Really? Do you even read your comments before replying? You said wildebeest's back legs are thin and weak and now you're saying both front and back legs are! Stupid kid, these legs belong to an animal which weights over 250 kilos and can run faster than race horses. They might not kick like zebras but their kicks are still powerful. Yes horns are their main weapon but not their only weapon, because they use their feet to kick and stomp as well, as seen in the videos, unless you're blind. Only thing that is weak is your brain (if u have any). You can't even read properly or write, your English sux as well lol. You know nothing about wildebeests, lions, hyenas or wild dogs. You're so dumb that, you can't even understand what you see in these videos. Only dumb kids like you would try to mislead information with videos which you can't even understand properly lol. You're so stupid! 😆😂😂😂😂😂😂
2
@deadcool 2 deadcool 2 lol you can't even spell Wildebeest and calling me an idiot? Nice try kid. You're the complete idiot. No adult wildebeest would be dumb enough to run from a single wild dog, neither a wild dog is dumb enough to go after an adult wildebeest. A wild dog can only rip it's leg if it stands there like a dummy doing nothing, which is never happening. And lionesses does kill wildebeest single handedly, it's common knowledge, but there's times when they make mistakes and fail, this video is the example. Only a stupid fanboy can think that a single wild dog has any chance against an adult wildebeest.
2
Not really, leopard has never carried anything heavier than itself
2
They don't have canines
2
You're going no where!
2
@CrazyIshan69 not always. Vultures sometimes has to wait for them to finish
2
That was one rare incident of a one isolated bull. Normally hyenas stay away from buffalos and don't risk targetting them.
2
It's not a huge croc! It's barely even 10 feet. The buffalo was too big for it.
2
Fully grown bull elands can outweight even the largest bull cape buffaloes.
2
3 cheetahs actually do it quite more often. Single male cheeaths have also been recorded to kill adult wildebeest. So stop lying without knowing the reality. Cheetahs maybe weaker vs other predators but they're far better hunters than lions, leopards and hyenas.
2
False info. Bongo, sitatunga, bushbucks, kudus, nyalas, all 8 species belong to Tragelophus genus. In fact greater kudu and lowland nyala are more closely related to each other than the other two species that share their names. Other than common water buffalo, there's also a wild water buffalo which is a separate species. Forest buffaloes are not a separate species, they're just a subspecies of cape buffalo. Bibos is not a valid genus either. Yak is also in Bos genus and there are also two yak species, not a single one. I hate it when people like you misinform people like this.
2
Pound for pound, tigers, lions, jaguars and clouded leopards are stronger than leopards in the cat family.
