  2.  @reaganharder1480  In Massachusetts our safety inspection requires the parking brake be adequate to stop a vehicle traveling at 20mph in under 80 feet. If the parking brake won't engage when the car is moving I don't know how they'd ever sell them here. I know they disable some telemetry in vehicles sold here but installing a different brake doesn't seem viable.
