  1. They're just regular SATA ports. You can connect the drives to any other controller and everything would be there and work the same. It's not a RAID card.

  2. With Linux reporting programs the CPU utilization is usually relative to a single core. 100% means one core saturated and 400% means fully loaded.

  3. I was surprised it doesn't. I'm pretty sure older similar-class boards had both a barrel and a 4-pin Molex.
