If that is the appeal of eastern europe then yes, you are not going to see those walking outisde (oh yeah i forgot americans dont walk) Driving outside But my god, there's a very good reason there's a huge population decline happening in the balkans. Wages used to be 1/10 of the america's but the food prices are barely any lower. Its insane how shit living standards are. Its getting better, but by the time wages will catch up with the rest of the world is going to be decades if not even a century. Just leave thats all i can say. The country is hung up on a losing issue like Kosovo and it will be forever behind everyone else. Im from Slovenia though, but ive been there and around.
