I have relatives in Kyiv and yes there was an attack on civilian targets and non of the Russian missiles hit there targets as they was all shoot down ... so this so called Colonel Douglas MacGregor needs get putin to give him some more believable lies Kiyv has not been hit at all !! And i have several ppl. i know serving in the Army and no Ukraine's standing army, has not been obliterated at all infact its stronger than ever and are at this time just regrouping for the big push when the ground in Ukraine becomes dry and can move heavy equipment across the battlefield right now its still muddy ... And this so called "super missile" "super sonic " is the same junk as all Russians "super weapons " its all hype the Armata T-14  "super tank " (the tanks that according to Russia was indestructible and the most advanced tank every made is such junk Putin doesn't even dear send it to Ukriane after the 4 he sent got took out be Ukrainian grond forces , and this so called "super sonic " missile is the same LADA JUNK as all Russian "super hype " weapons if the war in Ukriane has proven anything then its that Russian military equipment is crap its hyped up and is nothing but a paper tiger and a toothless one at that !! TAKING UKRIANE IN 2 DAYS THATS OVER 1 YEAR AGO AND THE ADVANCEMENT RUSSIA DID IN THE FIRST DAYS OF THE WAR THEY HAVE LOST 60% OF THAT TERRITORY !!!  THOSE ARE THE FACTS !!
