  1. If something suddenly went wrong in that chamber and the assistance was temporarily unavailable, a mortality incident would be looming. Let's say an assistant has a health condition and gets distracted. I suppose the chamber could be repressurized, but how quickly? To think every time chamber techs do this, if all of them do nothing, then the people right in front of them will die quickly. Kind of like doing open-heart surgery. It's like death is right there if you do nothing. Of course, you won't do just nothing, but knowing it is there has some kind of impact I would think.
