So? People sleep on planes that could fall out of the sky. People sleep on buses that could hit a bridge. Those are all more likely than you feeling a bother from a spontaneously exploding torpedo. However, if I were in a poorer Navy, I might worry about battery acid leaking from the torpedo.

@stumpedII - You're only fooling yourself now. There is at least one actual reflector put on the moon by astronauts who were on the surface, so yes, we went. You can point your own laser at the reflector and get a signal back, measuring the time and thus implicitly know the distance. Also, other nations have photographed our lunar left-behinds on the moon. Again, proof we were there.
