Orangutans are being driven out of their natural habitats in Southeast Asia (I think it is Malaysia and Indonesia). Returning them is not easy. Whoever took them out gave them a sentence of misery.

@dhfjejfndnrn4344 - Not really. Insane asylums were incredibly flawed concepts. Many functional people were put in them. As for being asylums, most were prisons with rampant abuse. Asylums are places designed to protect the people within, not abuse. So, I doubt Mika meant we should revisit the idea of putting people in abusive prisons.

@asmodeus1274 - Living in a civilized society with laws to protect you and promote the common welfare is not free. However, not living in a civilized society comes at a much higher cost. So pay your taxes and keep agitating for efficiency and genuine accountability for how the money is spent.
