  3. When the US government overrode the rules of media ownership for the dangerous alien Rupert Murdoch, his blatant methods and agenda were already well-understood. Our government literally sold out the future of democracy when they approved of Murdoch's ventures into US media, owning Fox while also owning so much publishing. Republican voters worship the simplicity of ideology over the complex reality of outcomes. Our democracy is now significantly damaged - and much more easily manipulated by foreign powers as well as US citizens.
