  2. @Wizard of Oz - If Hydroxychloroquine has little risk but ALSO little benefit, it will be used up and those who need it (and needed it before COVID existed) will be unable to get it. Those who regularly need it can end up with organ damage and other problems. That, AFAIK, is one reason FDA is trying to reduce a surge in Rx for Hydroxychloroquine.
