@Fordgroup00 - Why BS? I can understand calling stupid (asking a tool company to warranty a tool you damaged with intense heat), but why call BS on something you would expect to be true? Would you warranty a customer's tools against the heat of fire?

@quickchicken506 - Insurance pays a bulk sum *based on what is insured, including tools*. If you have expensive tools, you could cover them with a rider on the policy. Don't blame anyone for items not covered. It's unfortunate, but not the third-party's fault.
