  1. This song did not SET a precedent. On the other hand, The Verve's version of Bitter Sweet Symphony was TRULY an extremely different song yet the poor band got none of the money from their unusual and excellent song.

  2.  @ckatheman  Awesomw lyrics for a revenge song, but the real Old Man was so greedy, I doubt he cared about the lyrics since the Old Man had the rights to all those CCR songs.
