@Rascal2468 - Russian sovereignty does not include other countries who choose to align with the West. So, Russian sovereignty has never been under threat.

President Putin does NOT target civilians. You are correct. He orders his subordinates to target civilians. He has done this in every country he attacked. Syrians, Georgians, even his own civilians in the apartment building he blew up. Putin has no problem ordering the deaths of civilians. His supporters admire his boldness in doing that.

As for my uncommon sense, my IQ is certifiably genius level. As for English, I tested in the top 4% of those taking the GREs, the graduate record exams. These are tests that are only used for college graduates going to post-graduate education. Dummies like you don't even bother taking them. You would score in the bottom 2%. Also, I proudly served in US military service because I believe in democracy and the power of the people. Eat that, fascist troll.

@jamesmorrow1646 One difference is that possession is 90% of ownership. Israel has had control of the West Bank and Gaza strip for most of a century. Palestine was never even a country. The realpolitik of the Middle East troubles is different than the Russian occupation of their neighbors like Ukraine and Georgia.

@rdsc.455 - That is basically true. And it does not change the tragically complex and painful reality that exists now. If humanity refused to forgive and forget all prior sins that happened many decades ago or more, the world would be at war every day everywhere. That is not an acceptable approach. I do think Israel needs to lock up their violent settlers and throw away the key. However, it doesn't mean it is anywhere realistic to expect either that or giving back all of Israel to the Palestinians. If only Arafat had accepted the imperfect but workable two-state plan that his whole body of advisors had thought was acceptable. 😞
