  1. People were detained after creating a ruckus and waving a flag with Putin's face on it. That is not a national flag and they were not detained for that reason. The flag with Putin, due to his face, was transformed into a political movement flag. No point in interrupting a tournament with screams for a political party kingpin.

  2.  @wolfswinkel8906  - OMG, the irony you don't see. Russia propped up the dictator Ghaddafi. Russia supports the dictatorship in Syria. Russia INVADED Afghanistan. Do you really want to play this game? Russia built a fence around all of Eastern Europe to keep people from fleeing their takeover and then renamed their countries as "Soviet". Those people spent decades under Soviet rule. Don't even think you have a "winning" point to make for Russia.
