  1. Wow, young guys can be so stupidly lacking in self-awareness. This journalist is smiling, talking about fun and how cool someone looks. Clueless. Even as an older person, I have found there are times we might need to understand the things we talk lightly about. Even if you just volunteer for an ambulance squad for a years, you won't think the "adventure" of life-and-death moments is something around which you focus on how bandannas look or if the activity is fun. There is too much at stake to concern oneself with airing these concepts. Ask a mature combat vet or even a person who has worked as a first responder whether or not they think this kid reporter should be the one doing this report.
