  2. The video shows Bethany taking measurements along a shoreline from a lake with a pH of 3.5. What does that do to clothing and skin? I don't see protective gear. I would think if you kneel, you might end with holes in your knees (at least the next time you wash your jeans). After all, I was in Luray Caverns as a tourist (and other caves) and splashes from the acid water there did end up leaving holes in my clothes. Anybody "been there / done that" in geology?

  3. You think the images of the crater are poor quality? Do you think we have a super=hi-res camera covering every crater on Mars, and taking images in every part of the electromagnetic spectrum? If so, you're deluded. If you think we should be spending the money on a program just to accomplish that level of coverage, you need to study the Federal budget and figure out where we could get that money. We're lucky to have ANY hi-res images.

  4. Well, as is obvious to the most casual of observers, those retroreflectors were put there by aliens. It's part of the hoax that extraterrestrials are playing on us that they don't exist. (It has even been well-documented that Kaiser Sose is the aliens' consultant on this hoax.)
