  1. Understanding causation often settles on a perspective. Is this a Russian thing? Or, is it really that Russia is manifesting the "agenda" of oligarchical self-organization of human power dynamics, regardless of who the people and ideologies are? Is the inherent tribalism coded into DNA driving everything? Could there be sociopolitical movements and and responses that we don't necessarily attribute to tribalism being actually driven by tribalism with more determinism than we realize? Is oligarchical government the most naturally evolved system we can expect for our times? It seems to me that is happening.
