I think people use inflation (Something that has been rising arbitrarily since the 1930's when we left the gold standard behind with FIAT?) to leverage some form of propaganda against political opposition. It's literally all in our heads.. The economy. Most crimes are a socioeconomic problem and if we avoid that responsibility it comes with oversights and consequences. Mass Psychosis is thinking an algorithm is more important than actual purpose to ethics in economics.. In short, how I know its a mass psychosis? Its not very economical. In fact its all just excuses for "The Devil You Know".. A bad idea from the start. No one in their sound mind would agree to inflation that didn't just represent growth. But we do.. Pure dependence on a game we invented.. Frankenstein's Monster lived too long.
