  1. You want the fed to act? Isn't that big government? Landlords are the worst people on the planet.. We just like to normalize atrocity as a nation. This is why we have regulations.. So the big guy doesn't crush everyone in pursuit of greed. Rent control is necessity. Or UBI.. Take your pick.
