  2.  @annebreitrick6116  There was no arrest. I self govern quite well without the need for an authority to force me to do it. There are many police officers I have met that I respect. I do not want them taken for granted or defunded. I want to treat mental illness and addiction for what it is. An overwhelming problem that makes the police stretched way too thin.
