I just know we have oversight after oversight because none of us can agree who needs it and who is just greedy. I would rather the greedy person get it if it meant the people who needed it do too.. Its like restricting access to medication because some people can't regulate addiction.. It hurts the people who need it.. The economy is in our heads.. We are playing pretend.
