I think it means we need police to police the police as they were getting too comfortable with their authority and forgetting they were public servants.. Uvalde alone makes this a pointless thing to talk about with you because all you care about is winning a game.. Not any of the problems you cry about ad nauseum. Reform the police.. Absolutely. You would have to be born yesterday not to agree.. It doesn't mean get rid of law enforcement.. It means change what their job is.. because its necessary.
