  7. The solution would be to alter Mexico's hierarchy away from the cartel by ending the war on drugs and making prostitution legal.. This will prevent Fentanyl deaths and human trafficking.. or at least make it more manageable when it comes to the kids being affected.. It would also make our neighbors to the south not have any excuses to leave their homeland.. Our government knows it is responsible for the asylum seekers.
