I get what you are saying but you just described the absolute basic needs.. lest we become beasts.. Besides.. rich people get constant kick backs and handouts playing a silly made up game.

  6.  @IVY12023  It just sounds like an excuse to keep them outside on the streets. Maybe even drug addicts and the mentally ill deserve a bit more dignify and understanding. The way we treat mental illness is barbaric at minimum.
