Yes it was primarily a fiscal decision (DuPont had just invented nylon) but the information that was presented was very much to juice up the klan... Marijuana is slang created by the campaign because "it sounded Mexican".

  26. I'm pretty sure that is an opioid problem.. weed is not why people are passing out on the street. Even then it's why they had opium dens... its easy to suffocate a problem with ignorance.
