If it is paid for by taxes then you are right. If it's a private company they can pick up who they want.

@AndrewPriester I can see it as discrimination. That is not ok. I did try to give the bus driver the benefit of the doubt but he shouldn't have discriminated plain and simple.

@AndrewPriester My concern was double standards. It wasn't "clear as day". None of it is. At least I can stay on the fence before diving head first into outrage. My other concern is that "civil rights" is easily cherry picked... If it was the other way around I doubt Fox would even talk about it.
