@geraldminguez4916 It accounts for 3% of yearly inflation. The rest involves the growth of our economy as it adapts to new market trends.. Supply and demand.. mixed in with global dynamics like ahem.. trade wars and tariffs.. also increase in labor costs.. which is why immigrants actually help lower the prices.
