Snap out of it... What you are suggesting is treasonous.

Why? Don't we have a country to run while you kids play games?

@bearmcquade2846 He just needs to violate the Constitution like Trump did... You should read the Constitution first maybe.

He can still run. Just not for the GOP in the primaries.

They may have blown their cover with that whole Roe vs Wade thing. Now you care about Federal over State?

@jahxe8937 4 years later when we all realize it doesn't matter who you vote for because the country is hanging on by a thread. Vote red , blue or purple... It's over.

It is a Democratic CONSTITUTIONAL Republic. If you could violate the constitution and still be leader of the free world they would all do it.

An entire State has spoken. You just didn't like the answer.

Trying to predict 2024 is fun but it rarely works out how we want it. No one wanted Hilary or Biden. I just cannot for the life of me understand why Trump is any different that the "elites" you all claim to be up against.

@writerseye As the GOP primary. He can run as 3rd party. He didn't lose all of Colorado. Just the primaries.

@czarcastic1458 Not a successful one. Do you know what that word means?

@Vanessa-ok3ys Roe vs Wade was in the 14th Amendment. Removed from federal jurisdiction and given to the State. Technically what Colorado did was similar to what SCOTUS did with Roe vs Wade. He has yet to be convicted due to obvious delays to push it back past election? If you want legal consistency you are in the wrong game.

@Vanessa-ok3ys If this wasn't about GOP primaries being a lynchpin for Trump's "independent" status then I can't help you drink the water. As an Independent he can actually do what he says he will do because he wouldn't need to tow the party line. I am not saying what Colorado did was legally sound... it was a good precedent that if used against both parties to knock them back into order then so be it. Let the chips really land where they may.
