Landlords are just proof that giving anyone even an inch of power, it goes to their head and they will exploit it. When I started working I made $13 an hour delivering pizzas paying $300 for a 2 br apartment in rent.. Now some workers are making $9 and hour with studio apartments going for $800.. Seems to me like the person making the investment got ahead of themselves.. What? They take no risk? Its all on the Tennant if the economy fails? Classic shenanigans.. Stop making excuses for these cretins. You are just naïve and live in a vacuum apparently where people are generous and we all love each other lol

@sylviam6535 So you get it? Mining for lithium is indeed bad for the environment.. just like every other energy source.. The difference is that it doesn't just burn up into our atmosphere.. Wind and solar is just ideas.. We have dropped all leads to innovation when we get comfortable relying on The Devil You Know.. Better to make the change when we have a choice and its not just crisis mitigation.
