  2. Everyone is complacent and talk is cheap.. We can talk about a living document all day and how great the world would be without Congress.. But none of us here actually have a grip on it like you can on a local level.. I'm not even sure why we are encouraged to engage on this level if everyone just cherry picks on a whim and weaponizes the platitudes.
