My parents stopped listening to me years go and although they certainly wouldn't listen to you either, it warms my heart to think that at least some portion of people will get a real take on the dishonesty of this crowd that has swindled so much from so many.

After I started to get into the whole creationist/ID/flat earth "debate" communities, my father once called me up with the sole purpose to tell me that he had donated money to the Discovery Institute. It turns out that lies sell very well when you tell people that their fairy stories are real after all.
