  4.  @adamesd3699  I agree that Hamas committed war crimes. I don't know whether or not Israel has. I think there are probably some reasonable arguments that halting utilities would count, but I can fully understand how the people of Israel would be reluctant to provide free utilities to a society that just massacred it's children. Any other military in world history, faced with such atrocities, would be merciless.
