  1. The hospital is currently not functioning. Any patients will get more medical care basically anywhere else. There are still potentially some Hamas fighters among the people in the hospital. The IDF filmed someone firing an RPG from the hospital a couple days ago. Removing everyone from the facility allows the IDF to let forensic and intelligence teams to work with less risk.
