  1. As a child, I had hoped for an interesting life. At 41 I feel like I’ve done well in that regard. From stealing a truck and driving to Mexico, to living in the jungle mountains of Haiti, studying art in Paris, working a classified job with nuclear weapons, getting a pilot license and now living in a war zone, I’ve seen quite a lot. I’ve lived in five countries and eight of the US states, been married twice, and traveled the world. You only get one life, have a blast.

  5. I would argue that the guy who bought a pizza with bit-coin was actually very smart. At that time, the value of the pizza and the value of the bitcoin were comparable. The later increase in bitcoin value was premised in (small) measure on the publicity of things like the pizza purchase. It is reasonable to assume that that guy had more bitcoin that that amount and that he likely continued to trade in it.
