@supertuscans9512 The war resulted in the deaths of millions of Germans, decades of poverty, a half century of domination of half of Germany by the Soviets, and untold horror around the globe. It is not something to celebrate.

@Kumbhakaran65 No. To paint that period as a positive one is every bit as bad an error as the left is making currently.

@supertuscans9512 Ironically, the real threat to Germany is of a very similar mindset to those who ruled Germany in the 1940’s.

@Kumbhakaran65 The German people do have the right to their own country, culture, traditions, and sovereign defense. There is no difference in approach whatsoever.

@HenryAndersen Okay. That sounds fine to me. Now the hard part is deciding who those enemies are, who should be included in "together," which challenges are major, and how do we solve them.
