  2. Why "Israel" in the headline? The resolution calls for parties to attempt conditions for a stable cessation of hostilities and for international law to be respected. Last I heard, Hamas is still holding Israeli hostages and refusing even to allow Red Cross access to them. Those are violations of international law. Where is the international outrage that Hamas is refusing to honor the resolution?
