I did my master's thesis on the impact of climate change on nuclear power generation. It is true that there are occasions on which the heat means plants have to dial back, those impacts are relatively rare and, if they become more common, they can be overcome pretty easily by modifications to the cooling pond such as artificially increasing coolant flow.
