I live in Ca. and have a friend up by Fresno in a very small town and the day after the election a full truck load of ballots showed up at the towns Post Office dock over night. This is how it works here.

@Steven Strain The boxes of ballots showed up in a Post Office in a town with only a thousand people it was a full truck load there was no reason for them to be there. My friend was there when they opened and the girl that found the load flipped her lid she had to call in extra help to deal with it that was the day after the election. If you want to vote in California they will just give you a ballot no ID required I watched it happen right in front of me three times.
