  6. We hear reports all the time about this people leaving the west coast what is also obvious is the roads are more crowded everyday. Some may be leaving but people are still coming from all over the world to live here.

  7. The West Coast is the worst for housing. The world has this idea that everyone is still supposed to go West and it stops here.
