I have a friend that has a county job he has worked on the central coast for some time every year or two his department is called to do a clean out of homeless camps on the river mouths the last one he did took weeks because the homeless had accumulated 200 tons of trash in just one camp. If you care about the homeless and not the environment the next time we have a rainy winter all that trash gets washed out to sea. The list of garbage that they pick up is insane.
