  1. Wouldn't it be accurate enough to then place Vaacination rate of each country next to excess death rate to see if they're on par? For example, lets say Australia got to 85% Vaccinated with 16% excess deaths while Canada got to 70% Vaccinated with 10% excess deaths, it would appear it's a possibility. But if they both got to 85% Vaccinated and Canada still only had 10% or less it might be other factors.
