@christraeger5090 You might want to see why the NHS did a complete back flip on their mandates.... Short version, they couldn't back them up with Science. Forget what Australia do and focus on the much larger, more advanced developed countries.

@anneheath382 You have a mandate that you had to be Vaccinated, so yes you do. When it wears off and it will if it hasn't already, you'll realise you do have mandates.

The difference being Smallpox was a much deadlier disease with a death rate of about 30% killing anyone and everyone, so yes, a Vaccine was absolutely vital. Covid however is an exaggerated flu, more contagious and specifically kills old and compromised people 99% Of the time while the overwhelming majority sleep it off at home. This is why comparing Smallpox vaccines with the current ones is a stupid debate at best, and yes, exposure to a virus will create the immunity which is exactly how traditional Vaccines work.
