6 meals a day is a muscle building regime...Building muscle on one meal a day is a a shitty approach

@brandonyoung4910 Yet all the professionals eat 6 or more

@brandonyoung4910 Being a PRO would mean you know of, have been advised to use the best approach...and it isn't your 3 meals

@brandonyoung4910 To be fair, I think they often count Protein shakes as a meal.

@F_T2D_Drew You found 1 Middle aged man doing the stupidest, most boring diet out there who is undoubtedly using TRT. This is 2022, those guys you see on stage, the best of the best, the Olympians? They eat Carbs, and they have that 'old school' approach...But what would they know.

@illusorytrutheffect and getting the required amounts of all other vitamins, minerals and nutrients? Eating a load of salt in 1 sitting can't be good

@illusorytrutheffect Your style of eating is still in its early days. We'll know if you and Shawn Baker types are right or not in about 20 more yrs. These fads haven't been thoroughly examined amd many factors come into play, all the way back to our ancestors. Not everyone wants to be skinny which is almost surely what 1 meal a day will yield, regardless of weight training.

@illusorytrutheffect So you're naturally a little pudgy by the sound of it. Stuffing a massive amount of food, and it would have to be as 3000 calories is a little above the standard recommendations, is harsh on the stomach. It might be OK to have 1 meal to maintain a mediocre physique or lose weight in general, but is is not optimal for building muscle. If it were, everyone wanting to build would much rather 1 meal a day than 4-6. Nobody wants a 2000mg surge of sodium causing palpitations and the like. The Japanese have the right idea, small meals spaced out eating until content. 1 meal is a fad where people think they're some primal warrior in the modern world.
