  3.  @seokjinshairstrand5144  I feel that this means those who are very susceptible to stress and anxiety etc who live a long life with minimal to no ailments and hit their 70's or 80's unscathed are just another example of 'good genes?' ..... This seems to be the only reason for anyone defying odds and conclusions of research. On the other end, we see 4 yr olds with ailments and illness where it seems very clear they haven't lived, or even been able to live, a life of stress and anxiety? Genes? I guess I'm fascinated that we still essentially have no idea what the formula or pattern is for longevity and health. Diet has been a more recent and strong argument but even then, anomalies occur left and right.
