White rice is fine....I find it digests much easier than Brown and doesn't leave me feeling heavy and bloated...like brown. Takes half the time to boil than brown....Doesn't leave a thick murky mud of water when entering the pot like brown....I like white....which is brown just stripped of its coating. It isn't bleached....that is just the Chia seed,Goji berry quinoa organic bullshit crew spouting nonsense.

Feidhelm Ó Foghladha Correct....we can't eat anything anymore, apart from leafy greens....and only if they are straight from where they grew otherwise we are eating pesticides. Apparently sitting down for too long is as bad as smoking as well. Apparently there is a chemical in sunscreen that causes cancer. I'm just gonna eat and drink what I want in moderation....most people who live to 100 live by this motto.

Catherine OAO Yeah and burnt toast is cancerous, as is salami, bacon,red meat, white anything, the sun, sunscreen itself, the air etc etc....in fact living is deadly when you swallow everything that's put out there....all in moderation
