  1. The most logical and simple observation, is that many people being admitted are vaccinated. However you must realise that it is still very large numbers of elderly and vulnerable being admitted. We know they're vaccinated as they were a priority, though it still not a sure thing at that age and state of frailty that they won't be. In other words, it's still the same demographic of people that were mostly being Hospitalised all along, only now they're vaccinated.

  2. Staff shortages makes sense when I keep seeing 7 per patient, with 5 doing nothing.
