You mean the total capture of the community by a religion that was first initiated as pro-Roman propaganda and that eventually was spread across the whole world at the point of a sword?

How are parents indoctrinated? You mean by religion?

Makes sense to me. It teaches kids that it's okay to live how you want to live, that being gay is okay, as long as you are not harming anyone.

@elkpaz560 Wait what? You are being ridiculous. Due to your ignorance, you have no idea what you are talking about. A drag queen is a profession. It's not NECESSARILY a sexual fetish or kink. It's a profession and they are MOSTLY not a threat to children. There is no evidence in any peer reviewed scientific studies that drag queens harm children's development. Drag queens get paid to entertain. They are entertainers.

Yewtree was NOT set up to attack drag queens who tell harmless stories to children.

I have witnessed several drag queen story time events and they are not sexual whatsoever.

@fabiennemitchell2371 You really haven't. What you saw, I presume, is footage of one act in the US in a restaurant that caused a stir because it was reported that it was raunchy. And in fact the event was for adults and was listed as inappropriate for children. This is did not stop the parents taking their children to see it. This kind of thing rarely happens in the UK. Most drag queen acts performed to children are safe and harmless and the act contains no sexual content whatsover.

@fabiennemitchell2371 I just don't think you have seen many. You have some some footage over in the US with performances that were already known to the adults, and which the pro-religionist moralising media sensationalised for their ignorant brainwashed followers. Drag queen story time, whether in libraries or schools or any venues where children can attend and freely play DO NOT, in my experience and from what I personally know, feature sexualised entertainment.

D2M5 Get with the real world. There are no such drag entertainment acts or venues that I have seen where kids are exposed to this without forewarning or adult consent. A gyrating draq queen I have only ever seen in an adults venue. If parents take their kids to such an event knowing full well what was being shown, then it's not the entertainer's fault. They are there to do a job, they get paid for it. Additionaly, a gyrating drag queen is hardly traumatic for a child. I have seen children as young as 5 watch Die Hard and other violent movies. I have seen children witnessed horrific acts of violent even to their own parents. A drag queen gyrating is tame. What all this is about is the new puritanism which has been allowed free reign due to an extremely politicised pro-religion far right wing media and demagogue political pundits and politicians stoking up petty moralism towards minorities and alterntaive lifestyles because "God will judge us." These people want their Christianised society back, well its not going to happen. Ever.

If you cannot tell the difference between a paedophile and a drag queen then I'm going to have to question all your arguments.

Yes teaching our kids not to be bigots is grooming.
1
No it isn't. I have been to several drag acts... it's for adults when it's for adults, and it's for children when it is for children. They don't do the same performance for adults that they do for children. They are two seperate perfornances.

Some of us have left behind the childish talk of good and evil. Leave the drag queens alone. They are not harming anyone.
1
It's just a bit of fun for the kids. No harm.

I can imagine you sound like that auntie from Blackadder who thinks everyone should sit on spikes and take a vow of silence.
